OMAN, February 23, 2014 — André Greipel of Lotto-Belisol wins Stage 6 of the 2014 Tour of Oman.
Supported by the tailwind and fueled by his experience, Greipel won his third stage in Oman, raising his tally to a commendable six wins for the season.
In this last and final stage of the 2014 Tour of Oman, Nacer Bouhanni of FDJ.fr, came in second and Sam Bennett of NetApp-Endura third.
For a second year in a row, the victor of the race was Chris Froome of Team Sky. Tejay van Garderen of BMC Racing Team took second place and Rigoberto Urán of Omega Pharma–Quick-Step took third.
